Method has an approximate listing of their prices for each model here: http://methodhomes.net/homes/ and what to expect when it comes to construction costs here: http://methodhomes.net/homes/pricing/

Blu Homes also has a similar page explaining the process behind ordering and constructing one of their homes here: https://www.bluhomes.com/our-process They also have customer testimonials which is also helpful, here: https://www.bluhomes.com/life-blu-home

Distance from the manufacturer is always an issue in terms of price, but these are great options for those who want to build, but maybe want more of an all inclusive package (Blu Homes even come complete with appliances on delivery if you want) rather than fighting with a contractor over little things like nail and paint quality. At least in my area, the prices of these prefab homes are comparable to traditional build houses, but more progressive in design and great for lots not located in a traditional neighborhood (which is what I'm into). Hope these links help you out a bit and thanks for the question!Emilyhttp://ebythesea.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8640234579078333883.post-90406171550332252142015-05-17T23:21:35.237-04:002015-05-17T23:21:35.237-04:00I'd love to know more about what a purchase of...I'd love to know more about what a purchase of a prefab house actually looks like! I love the designs, but I'm concerned about the additional costs of installation, etc.saltygirlnoreply@blogger.com
